Hello! My name is Benjamin Hamburger and I am a licensed psychologist and the founder/director of Beverly Hills Assessment and Therapy. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Brain Behavior and Cognitive Science from University of Michigan in 2008. After graduating from Michigan, I worked at the New York State Psychiatric institute conducting neuropsychological assessments. I graduated with a Psy.D. from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in 2015. For my internship year, I worked at Kaiser Permanante in Los Angeles in the Psychiatry department.
I have experience working in private practice conducting neuropsychological assessments as well as individual therapy. I work with children, adolescents and adults who are dealing with issues of anxiety, depression or ADHD. I have training and experience working one-on-one with patients as well as in family or group settings.
If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD, we can work collaboratively to develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.
My philosophy on therapy is that every patient is unique and that therapy should reflect that. I work with patients to help them identify their issues and create a roadmap to resolving those issues.
If you are looking for a collaborative, supportive and personal therapy experience, please contact me to schedule a 10-minute phone call with me to determine if I am the right therapist for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
